Summary: Ralph Honda Collision is looking for an experienced quality conscious metal tech, who is also experienced in all aspects of the auto collision business. Our collision department has just gone through a renovation & we have the best equipment available. We are a Family owned dealership where you can make a difference. Ralph is the very 1st Honda dealer in N.Y. State. We are an I-Car Gold Class shop as well as a Certified Honda Pro First shop. We are looking for a long term team member to work together with small close knit team. Monday through Friday 8-5 no weekends.

Summary:
Ralph Honda is seeking both Sales and Service BDC agents to join the contact center supporting our new online business. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in our lineup of new Honda and extensive selection of Certified Pre-owned vehicles, as well scheduling appointments for vehicle service and maintenance. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries online and over the phone. You will be utilizing our technologies and processes to provide relevant information, answer questions and persuade customers to schedule an appointment to visit our completely renovated store.
