This is the way a car buying experience should be. My sales guy, Jim Ditzel, was friendly, knowledgeable. Sales Manager Mike Morrill was also very friendly and worked with us to get a good deal on the CR-V I purchased. I also want to mention Jim Hunter, their financial guy, who helped me get a good interest rate. It was refreshing not having to go through a hassle to buy a car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
I bought my 3rd car from Ralph Honda- in November, a used 2015 Subaru. I thought they were my "car guys". But it turns out they do not stand behind their cars. My car had an electrical issue. They sent me to a Subaru dealer to get it fixed without even seeing what the problem was. And then when the Subaru dealer found that the issue was cut wires from the removal of a previous remote starter, Ralph Honda took no responsibility for selling me a damaged car. And the extended warranty they sold me is worthless in this situation. I guess I was lucky I didn't have problems with my other cars. It's like a doctor who stops taking care of you when you get sick.After posting this review, The service department called and wanted to make things right. They fixed the problem with my car and didn’t charge me. I am changing my review to a 4 but wished it didn’t take social media for them to stand behind the car they sold me
