Dave Moffett is the best. He listens. I just traded on my lease and am thrilled with my new Civic Hatchback. Dave does not forget a question, no matter how small. He goes the extra mile to not only help a customer with the auto purchase, but all things related to driving the vehicle, including helpful information for resources. He never appears to be in a rush. I consider Ralph Honda to be part of my extended business family because of the superior quality of service I have received over the past eleven years.
Great Place to Buy a Car and Service it!
The last two appointments I've made here, they had no record of. We figured out on the second appointment, I've been calling the wrong location!! Ahhhhh BUT they got me in both times without giving me a hard time. I bought my last car here and will go nowhere else, these guys are great!! Silly me. They have a new waiting area and it's beautiful. They also have snacks!! And coffee... or hot chocolate... or tea. They have vending if these don't float your boat. For snacks they have fruit, granola bars and fruit snacks! Mmmmm. Makes waiting less painful. I had my car interior detailed here and was a little disappointed because it didn't have that clean feeling when I got it back. The air freshner they put in it was strange and there was no shine or gloss. For almost 90 bucks, I want more. I want to see and feel like it got cleaned and I didn't get that. The other problem was I asked for a loaner for the day.... I got one but they wanted me to pay for it. Excuse Me? I spend enough money here and they shouldn't be charging for a loaner. However, those were the only 2 hiccups I've had. I will continue to come here for service because it's fair and they're professional, I just won't be getting it cleaned here anymore.
On 8-30-17 I went to get my new tires put on from a local tire service store. They noticed my tire lock was not in bag. So I was not able to get my tires changed. Obviously Garber forgot to give me my tire lock back on last tire rotation. I was stranded . I Noticed Ralph Honda on West Ridge Rd Greece NY. I walked in Service area and approached Kevin Gay The Service Advisor and said I'm in a bind. Even though I did not purchase my car from Ralph Honda. I explained my situation and Kevin reacted in seconds to help me out. He asked a Service Mechanic to come out and take my locks off tires. Customer Service is so important to ME.KEVIN GAY -I Cant THANK YOU ENOUGH for coming to my rescue in such short Notice. I greatly appreciate your kindness. Keep this positive Service going .
