I called Ralph Honda, requesting a new master key for my car and was immediately scheduled the next day. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and did not have to wait for service. Was very thankful for the Service team at Ralph Honda who resolved and issue with our locks and got our vehicle in right away to perform the NYS inspection that was two weeks overdue! In addition, at the same time, they performed some regular maintenance services so we didn’t have to make a separate appointment. So far, they have delighted this customer!

Called Service Dept. on a Monday for an emissions system problem and an appointment was able to be scheduled the following morning. Courtesy shuttle was provided to my place of employment in a timely fashion. Service technician (Kevin Gay) was welcoming upon arrival and called as soon as the issue was resolved.
