Dave Moffett was our sales representative. He did an excellent job helping us find the right used Odyssey. he took the time to bring the vehicle to us and explain the features. After we bought the vehicle he spent a lot time explaining the options which there were several. He also gave us his cell phone number and stated we could call him at any time with further questions.
I went in for an oil change and ended up leasing a new Honda Odyssey (my third). This is the forth Honda I've purchased at Ralph over the years. Working with Frank Christ and Bob Tomoser was a very pleasant experience just like the 2 previous times. Jim Hunter was also a pleasure to work with in finance. No high pressure and hassle free. Ralph Honda has gone far and beyond any dealerships that I have ever encountered. They have serviced my vehicle more then a few times and I have never been disappointed with their accommodations when I have had to leave my vehicle for repairs. Their staff is overwhelming positive and friendly. A 5 star rating for this dealership.

After buying 4 vehicles from Ralph Honda I am very shocked, upset, and sad about the lack of service to help fix problems with my Pilot., one of which was a recall problem supposedly fixed, and it is not! There is one more recall that needs to be fixed too when they get parts, which has been over 6 months and won’t have parts until Fall. Hmmm what happens when this recall supposedly gets fixed and continues to have problems! I am very satisfied with my service at Ralph Honda particularly with the service agent Linda Freeman.
I was receiving an alert regarding the Air Bag restraint system on my 2016 Honda Accord. Ralph Honda could not schedule me for service that day but arranged to have me bring my car in immediately to run computer codes to determine the problem. It was found that the sensor for my restraint system was failing. They needed to order that replacement part and arranged an appointment convenient to my schedule to make the replacement. The salesperson that helped us get a CRV was a one Grace Lechner, who was our salesperson for the last time we purchased a Honda at that same dealership. Now, I can 't really compare Ms. Lechner to other salespeople, because by now I don't remember any, but I can tell you one thing for sure: In dealing with Grace, it makes you wish you had enough money to buy ANOTHER vehicle, just as an excuse to get the service and attention that she provides! Went in today for our free oil change. It was a wonderful experience… everyone was very nice and very attentive to my needs. The waiting area is very comfortable with multiple tv screens to watch… access to coffee and vending machines. Services were performed in a timely fashion and they even washed my CRV before returning it to me.
Wish to express my great satisfaction with Ralph Honda. It’s always a pleasure being greeted by my first name and asking how I have been. Came in for my regular oil a change and to check the all the fluids, rotate the tires and make sure all is running well. Asked to have the interior filters changed, quoted me a price and it was taken care of. Wait time was good and they washed the car and on my way. Service department was is excellent. Looking forward to my next Accord.
