Our First Crock-Pot Cook Off!

This year’s entries were:

Corin – Bacon Mac n Cheese
Hunter – Corn Bread Pudding
Prince – Spicy Chili
Mike – Barbecue Pineapple Meatballs
Terry – Apple Dump Cake
Sean – Chili
Rhonda – Beef Stew
Brandy – Taco Chicken Chili

The winner was Brandy with her Taco Chicken Chili!!!

The Winning Crock-Pot Cook Off Recipe

Taco Chicken Chili

INGREDIENTS

2lb Browned Chicken or Beef (I use 1lb ground and 1lb pulled chicken)
2 Cans of Whole Kernal Corn (do not drain)
2 Cans of Diced Tomato
2 Cans Kidney Beans (drained)
2 Packages of Taco Season

MAKE IT

1. 4 Hours in crock-poton high stiring occasionally
2. Sprinkle taco cheese blend on top 10 minutes before it’s done.
3. Sour cream and taco blend cheese on the side for topping.
