Summary: Responsible for properly preparing customer vehicles for washing and operating related equipment by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Cleans inside and outside of new vehicles, used and rental cars and prepares for delivery in an efficient and timely manner.*
- Prepares new vehicles for sale by referring to a car prep checklist, and communicating with the Service Department regarding service problems.*
- Communicates physical damage or visual imperfections to management immediately.*
- Resolves vehicle malfunctions and imperfections in coordination with the Service Department.*
- Provides transportation and performs errands on behalf on the dealership as needed.*
- Washes customers cars as needed.*
- Maintains supplies on hand.*

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no prior experience needed.
Language Ability:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Basic Function:Responsible for controlling service flow and increasing CSI on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities: - Schedule service appointments as needed.
- Dispatches evening/weekend work. Maintain dispatch log.
- Maintains Honda service follow up log for service manager inspection. Prints phone follow up log and makes calls on a daily basis.
- Completes training as required by factory and/or service manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
